Setting Up Your Charm Account

As a new patient, setting up a Charm Account should be easy! Follow the steps below to get your account activated.

Step one:

Check your email.

You will receive an email from FauntLeRoy Naturopathic Medicine titled, "Patient Portal Registration"

Click on the link, or copy and paste it into your browser.

If you are using your mobile phone, I recommend copy and pasting into your browser.

Step two:

Enter your date of birth.

If you are on mobile, and you did not open the link in a browser, click the three dots in the top right corner and click "open in external browser".

Step three:

Create a password and type in the squiggly letters to verify you are a human.

The letters are case sensitive.

Click the check mark in the "Terms of Service" This will "auto open" the Terms of Service, Click "I accept" to continue.

Then click Submit.

Step four:

This is the step that confuses a lot of people.

Once you have created your password, you will be prompted to verify your account.

To do this, you need to go back to your email, find a message from charm labeled, "Charm Health Verification Code".

Copy this code, then enter it into the box labeled "Enter OTP" then click Verify.

If you are on mobile, and did not open the email in an external browser, this will not be possible to complete, because the act of checking your email will close this form if you are not in an external browser. This is annoying. I'm sorry.

Step Five:

If you have made it this far, congratulations! You are in.

From this menu you can see all the things you will need going forward.

For your first visit, you will need to complete the Questionnaire's.

Any information sent to you will have an Orange notification on it. In the image you can see that this person has questionnaires to complete and one upcoming appointment.

From this dashboard you can also:

-Send messages to Dr. FauntLeRoy

- Obtain your After Visit Summaries

-Pay your bill

-Schedule new appointments

-View your labs

-and more...
