1. In-Office Appointments (Washington)

- Sundays, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Best for:
- Patients who need primary care, physical exams, procedures, or simply prefer an in-person visit. Our Lynnwood office offers convenient access from I-5 and free parking.
2. Telemedicine Appointments (Washington & Montana)
New! Dr. FauntLeRoy is now licensed to provide telemedicine visits for patients throughout Montana state, in addition to Washington.

- Available to patients located anywhere in Washington or Montana State.

About Your Visit:
- Appointments are conducted through Charm's secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Please log into your Charm account a few minutes before your appointment and follow the prompts to join your video visit.
- Video visits are required for all new patient appointments. If technical issues arise during a follow-up visit, Dr. FauntLeRoy can complete the visit by telephone when appropriate.
- If these appointment times don't work for your schedule, please call us. We'll do our best to accommodate you.
3. House Calls (North Seattle Area)
Locations:
- North Seattle, Haller Lake, Northgate, Greenwood and surrounding areas. Please inquire for additional locations.

- Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About House Calls:
- If traveling to the office or using telemedicine is difficult, Dr. FauntLeRoy may be able to see you in your home. House calls are especially helpful for patients with mobility limitations or those who would benefit from reviewing medications and supplements in person.
- Please note that a travel fee is added based on distance. This fee is not billable to insurance. If your location is outside our service area, we'll let you know before scheduling.

- Schedule your complimentary consultation using the calendar below or call our front desk. Dr. FauntLeRoy will call you at your scheduled appointment time using the phone number you provide.

- Choosing a physician is an important decision, and I want you to feel comfortable before making that commitment. If you're wondering whether my practice is the right fit for you, I'd be happy to speak with you during a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
- This is an opportunity to introduce yourself, share what you're hoping to accomplish, and ask any questions you may have about my practice. We can discuss the types of conditions you are looking to address, my approach to care, insurance coverage, scheduling, and what to expect as a new patient.
- Please note that this consultation is intended to help determine whether my practice is a good fit for your needs. I won't be able to diagnose medical conditions, provide treatment recommendations, prescribe medications, or establish a doctor-patient relationship during this call. If we decide to move forward together, we'll schedule a comprehensive appointment where we can focus fully on your healthcare.
