All patients who are in Washington State (regardless of insurance status) are welcomed. Dr. FauntLeRoy has standard cash pricing that is affordable and accessible. He believes that ability to pay should not keep any person from access to quality healthcare. We currently reserve one, one hour time slot, each week for pro-bono appointments. If you are are in need of this service, please reach out to us.

If you do not currently have insurance, or if we are not currently accepting your insurance, please contact us to discuss payment and discount options that may be available to you.

At FauntLeRoy Naturopathic Medicine we believe that the ability to pay should never keep any person from having access to quality healthcare.

Our cash prices for services are as follows:

• Fees for appointments do not include the cost of any laboratory testing or supplements.
• First office new patient visit (60-90 minutes): $180 - $320*
• Follow-up visits (30-60 minutes): $100 - $220*
*Fee depends on complexity and length of visit

Payment Plans are available that allow you to pay for services over time.

Services paid in full at time of service receive a 20% discount.

At your request, we can generate a "Super Bill" which you can self submit to your insurance provider.
